is customer service important to a utility service provider?
This
presentation will help shed light on the “why” of
Customer Service by (a) emphasizing a few key points about
the value of delivering a WOW level of service to the Customer,
(b) examining some low cost (or free) activities that one
successful Utility company employs, and (c) highlighting
some of the astounding results these efforts have made possible.
Two primary justifications will be presented: Customer Service
Builds Loyalty, and The Customer Pays the Bills. |
